Product description:

Ethyl vanillin - with amy popular artificial flavor. Used to give foods and beverages a flavor of vanilla. Combined with the aroma of chocolate, strawberry, milk, balsamic and floral aromas. It confirms other flavors and strengthens them.

Odor:  sweet, vanilla with a hint of floral.

Appearance:  colorless needle crystals.

Taken:  chemical synthesis of catechol or other chemical raw materials.

Ethyl vanillin is an analogue (homologue) of vanillin, wherein the methoxy group at position 3 replaced by ethoxy. Synthesis ethylvanillin analogous to the synthesis of vanillin from guaiacol, as a starting material is used monoethyl ether of catechol. It used as flavoring in the food industry
