Monosodium glutamate - a crystal or white crystalline powder, practically odorless with a distinctive taste.

Application: When adding monosodium glutamate in foods, enhances their natural flavor properties, weakened during processing and storage, masked some negative components of taste and smell. Typically, MSG is used to enhance the flavor in the production of dry soups, broths, fast food, chips, shrimp, sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, meat products, canned fish and sea- in the range of 0.1-0.5 %.
